Welcome to Essential Energy electronic tendering. This system speeds up the tendering cycle and reduces the time and costs for both Essential Energy and our suppliers.
Essential Energy wishes to invite organisations to bid for the supply of goods and/or services contained within this system. As a registered supplier, you can receive email notification of any new tenders we publish, download and view the documentation electronically, and participate in forums to seek clarification or to ask questions. Where available, submission of your bids can be completed through the e-tender box facility.

All Essential Energy employees are required to conduct their activities in accordance with our Statement of Business Ethics. This Statement provides guidance for suppliers and contractors when engaging in business activities with Essential Energy. We expect that all goods and service providers and contractors and their employees respect and comply with the same principles whilst undertaking business activities with Essential Energy. This Statement is designed to ensure that business relationships between Essential Energy and suppliers and contractors, both actual and potential, are fair and productive for all parties. Essential Energy supports the principles of the Australian Industry Participation National Framework
by endeavouring to maximise Australian industry participation by providing Australian industry with a full, fair and reasonable opportunity to participate in projects.
The AIP National Framework sets out four strategic approaches to promote Australian industry participation:

2. Early identification of opportunities for Australian industry participation, both domestically and overseas.
