Port Macquarie-Hastings Council has developed a booklet called the Tendering Made Easy Guide, which is available for download by clicking on the link below. This guide has been developed to assist suppliers in preparing a conforming tender submission to Council. It sets out in plain terms the obligations of Council and the suppliers according to the Local Government Act 1993 & the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005. The guide has been developed in an effort to ensure that as many suppliers as possible have every opportunity of being able to submit conforming tenders to Council - hopefully you will find this is of use to you in the preparation of your tender submissions.
