Welcome To Sydney Ports Intermodal Logistics Centre at Enfield

Sydney Ports is calling on interested parties to participate in a Request for Proposals (RFP) for tenants and operators to be part of the 59 hectare intermodal site at Enfield.

The project, consisting of eight components, is made up of the following:

an intermodal terminal (13 hectares)
five Warehouses/Distribution centres ranging in size from 3,000 m2 to 20,500 m2
two empty container storage facilities (4 ha & 5 ha in area)

A proponent can submit a proposal for any number or combination of the above components.

RFP documents can only be obtained after signing the confidentiality agreement located under the Open Tender tab. The document must be downloaded, signed and returned by:
