TenderLink has developed this privacy statement to let you know how your personal information will be used and stored. We think it’s important that your personal information is kept private.

Using your online application information including your CV/Resume

The information you have provided through our Website and the accompanying CV/Resume will be used in considering your suitability for job opportunities within TenderLink, and no other purpose. It may be seen by members of TenderLink’s selection panel. No-one else has access to your personal information.

If your application is successful then the information you provide will form part of your personal employment records.

Confidentiality of personal information

TenderLink recognises that the information you provide to us is highly personal and sensitive. TenderLink undertakes to collect, use and disclose personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1983.

Please note that deleted records may still be stored in our computer systems for a period of time.

User feedback

TenderLink welcomes ideas and feedback from you. Any information you send to us may be used to improve our service, which may mean sharing your information with select people throughout the organisation. We will not disclose your information outside the organisation without contacting you for your permission first.
