Welcome to the Regional Procurement Initiative e-Tendering website.

All Regional Procurement RFT documents are uploaded to this TenderLink portal for easier access by our valued suppliers. This ultimately benefits all of our client councils.

Regional Procurement is a business unit of Arrow Collaborative Services Limited. Our focus is on providing value added procurement services and solutions to client councils within the various regions we service.

These regions are shown in the map below. By selecting the appropriate coloured zone, you will be able to view a list of current tenders available for that region.  Suppliers will also be able to view individual council tenders by selecting a specific council from the zone map.

This system has been designed to improve the speed and efficiency for our suppliers when downloading Tender documentation.

To use this system and download documentation your organisation must first be registered with TenderLink. You may apply for full membership by following the link above.  This will provide access to all RFTs, EOIs or RFQs that are release via TenderLink (membership costs apply).

Alternatively, you may prefer to register directly with Regional Procurement (no membership costs apply). This will give your organisation direct access to our TenderLink portal ONLY.  Your organisation will be notified when Regional Procurement intends to release documentation on behalf of our client councils.
